How BapCaster Works
What is BapCaster?
BapCaster is a message streaming platform that allows you to easily share your audio messages with your community. It makes the message upload process easy, and the message listening process even easier. Making it possible for BapCaster listeners (and your community) to easy listen to and search for any messages that you’ve ever spoken. We like to call BapCaster a Church Management System, or CMS for short.
Because we host the service ourselves, you’ll have a safe place to share your messages without the fear of being deplatformed from the “big platforms” (which is a huge risk for Independent Baptist Churches). With the increasing risk for fundamental Baptist churches on the big platforms, it’s important that you’re ready for the worst, to ensure that your messages are safe from deletion. BapCaster can be used in conjunction with Facebook but provides your community with an easy searching and listening experience.
Because we know there’s nothing more important than attending church in-person, we’ve made sure to include features that make your church easier to find for potential local visitors, such as the Church Finder — which allows users to use their ZIP code to find the church closest to them.

How to use BapCaster – The Upload Flow
Like we mentioned before, using BapCaster is super easy! We’ll take a quick look just how easy it is to upload messages to BapCaster.
Step 1 – Sign your Church up for BapCaster
In order to upload messages to the BapCaster platform, you must first be a member of the service. In order to protect the reputations of the churches on BapCaster, all churches must go through a manual approval process.
Once you sign up for BapCaster, we review your Church’s doctrinal statement, preaching, and other ministries. After we ensure that the doctrine lines up, you’re good to go! After you request to join (sign-up), you don’t have to do anything more until you’re approved!
Step 2 – Log in to your Account
Once you’ve have been sent your BapCaster account credentials, you can log in to your account. Simply insert your username and password and select “Log In”
Step 3 – Select Upload from the Dashboard
Welcome to the Dashboard! This is where you can make changes to your organization and upload messages! If you need to change your church address; edit a message; or add a brand-new message, it can be done here!
From this menu, simply select “Upload a New Message” to go to the Upload page!
Step 4 – Enter your Message Details
Within the Upload Message form, enter all your message details. This includes the title, date, book, chapter, verse, and speaker. Then click “Choose File” to upload an .mp3 audio file to the platform (right now BapCaster only supports audio files — video support is coming soon)
Lastly, select “Upload”, then you’re done!
Step 5 – You’re Done!
That’s all there is to it! Once you select upload, your message will be available to listen to on the BapCaster platform to all users!
The message is associated with your Church, so it anyone who views it knows where the message was preached at.
